"I don’t even know where to begin with this review. They are the best insurance company I have dealt with. Eric is great to talk with and he will make you laugh “The Heathers” ( yes there are two) make doing anything with your policy so easy and explain everything so it is clear. They review your policy and save you money which is hard to believe for an insurance company. I must have spent an hour in there just talking about everything and nothing. You also might get lucky and Maverick (office dog) will be there to make you smile. Maverick is a great addition there so stop in. All of your insurance needs taken care of in one place is a plus to me. Remember to get coverage on your side by side if you have one. Heather (one of them) reminded me to do that and I forgot in the past. Done now."

"I can't recommend Eric Hazuda State Farm enough! Bri is the absolute best at what she does! She went above and beyond to help me. What other insurance agent is going to help you on a Saturday at 9 at night? None that I've ever dealt with. Bri was able to get me more coverage on my home and autos for far less than what I was paying. The whole process was seamless. If you want the best, call Bri!"

"I have been a S F client since 1990 in Maui. I recently purchased a vehicle for my eldest son in Tennessee. Despite hurricane Helene , power outage, misunderstanding on coverage 8/25/24, Miriah Cline of S F in Tennessee SAVED THE DAY! My son had relayed the pertinent information to the office , but the information was not all given to Miriah and then the computer system went down. The quote was extremely high, based on incorrect information. I called the next day 8/26/24 at 3:42 a m Maui Time, to add my information and within minutes Miriah had us back on track! The emailed car insurance binder went to the dealership and I made the financial institution’s deadline for wire transfer by 7 min! I PRAISE MIRIAH’s quick grasp of the situation and her kindness throughout these crucial moments. She was welcoming and supportive, treated me like FAMILY. MY SON IS OVER THE MOON WITH THEIR VERY REASONABLE RATES…. So much so he bundled his homeowners policy with S F!! If you want EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE , call on MIRIAH CLINE."
